To suggest that Mariah named her 11th album after Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity would be an absurdity.

Even she recently agreed in an interview, saying “Physics? Me? Hello! I even failed remedial math. I could not pass seventh grade math even in the lowest class with the worst kids.”

Her reasoning for the title of this slick collection of booty bouncers is related to her 2005 album, The Emancipation Of Mimi, which she’s increased to the ‘second power’. Like duh, surely that was obvious.

E=MC2 has the same appeal as a packet of Tim Tams. It’s a rich, creamy, sugary pleasure that is delicious in an off-the-shelf piggy way, but leaves you feeling slightly guilty afterwards.

There’s not enough regret to stop you going back for more though, and at 160 million album sales, Mariah Cadbury is a champion chocolateer.
