University lecturer Kevin Boreham (left) and public servant Edwin Ho became the first same-sex couple to take advantage of the ACT’s new civil partnership laws, holding a commitment ceremony with loved ones at Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra, on Monday.
The couple, who have been together for 25 years, read out commitment vows and exchanged rings.
