Physician Kerryn Phelps and her wife Jackie Stricker were on hand at the official launch of Wear It With Pride at the Sydney Opera House forecourt on Tuesday.

The campaign, which features custom-designed t-shirts, aims to raise awareness about the recent same-sex reforms. Phelps and Stricker are wearing t-shirts that focuses on same-sex parenting. It was created by Matt Taylor of boutique design studio Sixty40.

“Changing these 85 laws have been a critical step, but today is also a call to action to all Australians to raise their consciousness,” Phelps said. “Make sure you have a zero tolerance to discriminatory behaviour, words and practices, wherever that environment is.”

Phelps and Stricker were joined by a host of celebrities including Ruby Rose, Kylie Gillies, Geoff Field and Natalie Bassingthwaighte, all of whom have come on board as campaign ambassadors.
