Trevor Ashley, Genevieve Lemon and other cast members from Priscilla – The Musical reunited for a fundraising event on Monday at Slide nightclub, organised by The Aurora Group.

The dinner and cabaret night was a sell-out, raising over $6,000 for queer community groups. Andrew Mercado chatted with each performer between songs, sharing with the audience special moments from their time in Priscilla and giving up some backstage gossip, while Lemon said the role of Shirley was one of the most fun she has had.

“Priscilla was such a wonderful theme for an Aurora event because its story is a celebration of our fabulous community, but also a reminder of the many issues we still face,” Alex Sosnov, The Aurora Group Chairperson, said.
